Greatest Health Transformation Awards 2021

Surprise! Health Possible is hosting its first annual Greatest Health Transformation Awards for 2021.

We’re Highlighting Role Models & Telling Stories

People change every single day, a little or a lot, and not everyone in their life or around the world can see or understand what they go through to do what they do, overcome what they overcome… but we want them to know that we see them, we hear them, and they deserve to feel rewarded for all of the hard work that they do on themselves and for others. Life is hard, and people are amazing! So, we are highlighting people who deserve to be and need to be recognized for their health transformations of all kinds. These are also people who would love to be a resource to help or guide others, be there for others.

Winners will be decided by a vote of the Health Possible Inc. Staff and Board of Directors, NOT a popularity vote. You can nominate yourself (we even recommend that you do), but if you nominate someone else, make sure you get their permission if you include sensitive information about them in their story. We will contact all of the nominees to inform them that they have been nominated, as well as the winners to do interviews, videos, collect photographs, write up their story, and gift them with their glass trophy in the mail. That way, they will always remember how much hard work matters.

Nominations END on December 24, 2021 and winner’s will be announced on December 31, 2021.

2021 Awards

These specific awards are meant to be honored within a one year timeframe, not an evaluation of a nominee’s whole lifetime. So whoever you nominate, you’re evaluating the 2021 year of their life. Nominations are open for the following Awards until December 24, 2021:

Greatest Visible Health Transformation 2021

This award is to honor those who have the greatest and most shocking physical, visible, and publicly noticeable health transformation from January 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021. There are no age or address limits.

Greatest Invisible Health Transformation 2021

This award is to honor those who have the greatest and most shocking social, emotional, mental, and/or confidence health transformation from January 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021. There are no age or address limits.

Strongest Resilience 2021

This award is to honor those who have the largest physical, mental, social, emotional, professional, and/OR other obstacles before them that interrupt their health and/or positive lifestyle, and have not given up. These people continue to be there and take care of their loved ones or others to the best of their ability every day, regardless of what they seem to face. Most often, these are our family/household providers. There are no age or address limits.

Lifetime Awards

Most Miraculous Healing

This award is to shed light on the health and spiritual miracles living with us here on earth: A person who is cured from, reversed, or overcome an illness so fatal, so evil, so treacherous that it is hard to understand or explain. We want to showcase these incredible individuals and share their miraculous story.

Lifetime Transformation

This award is to honor those who have the largest visible or invisible; physical, mental, social, emotional, professional, overall health transformation in more than one decade or more (10+) years of their life. This person has come farther than most, undergone the most changes, and no signs in sight of ever turning back around.

How to Nominate Someone

Please fill out all of the below registration forms (there are two), PLUS submit a (1) one page Word Doc. or PDF story that is 2+ or more paragraphs about the nominee and (2) one or more photos of the nominee via email to sara.auld@healthpossibleinc.org. Please submit these required documents in one single email. We recommend getting your nominee’s permission first. You may nominate yourself, we would love to hear and tell your story.
